T-Mobile Data Center: Commercial Hydro Vacuuming & Concrete Work in Phoenix

Father & Son Masonry completed a complex multi-phase commercial project at the T-Mobile Data Center located at 736 E Watkins St, Phoenix, AZ. The scope of work included precision hydro vacuuming operations to safely excavate around existing underground utilities, protecting critical infrastructure while preparing the site for reconstruction. Our crew utilized specialized Ditch Witch equipment to ensure safe and efficient soil removal in a high-security commercial environment.

The second phase of the project involved interior masonry work and structural repairs within the data center facility, requiring our team to operate scissor lifts and work within tight tolerances around sensitive equipment.
