Reformed Pilates: Commercial Concrete Renovation in Old Town Scottsdale

Father & Son Masonry was brought in to handle a full-scope commercial concrete renovation for the Reformed Pilates studio located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, AZ. The project kicked off with complete site demolition and excavation — our crew deployed John Deere skid steers and dump trucks to clear and prepare the site within the tight confines of the urban Old Town environment. Working in a densely developed area required careful coordination to protect neighboring properties while efficiently removing existing slabs and subbase material to make way for new construction.

From there, our team executed multiple phases of precision concrete work across the entire property — including interior slab pours, exterior flatwork with smooth broom-finish surfaces, custom concrete entry steps, and a second-floor structural pour. Every surface was finished to a high standard, with clean edges, proper expansion joints, and consistent texture throughout. The result is a durable, polished concrete foundation that perfectly complements the modern aesthetic of the Reformed Pilates studio and stands up to the heavy daily foot traffic of a busy Scottsdale fitness destination.
