JP Morgan Chase Parking Garage Addition: Structural Masonry & Stucco in Tempe

Father & Son Masonry took on a high-profile structural masonry and stucco restoration project at the JP Morgan Chase Parking Garage in downtown Tempe, AZ. Working on an active multi-story parking structure required strict safety protocols and precise coordination, as our crew operated JLG boom lifts to access upper-level facade sections while the facility remained partially in use below. The scope of work included new CMU block masonry construction for structural additions, as well as full stucco application across the existing concrete masonry walls to restore and modernize the appearance of the building exterior.

The stucco phase involved multiple team members working simultaneously on aerial platforms, applying and finishing mortar across large wall sections at height — a demanding task that required both physical skill and an eye for consistency. Father & Son Masonry’s crew delivered a clean, uniform stucco finish that matched the existing architectural style of the parking structure and met the high standards expected on a commercial property of this profile.
